Dear Frank, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are very sorry to hear about the frustration you encountered with your order. It’s important to note that since your purchase was made through Amazon, the cancellation, return, and refund processes are subject to Amazon’s policies, which can sometimes differ from those we offer directly through Eastwood. Unfortunately, once an Amazon order is processed, we are not able to cancel or modify it through our system, and returns must follow Amazon’s guidelines, including any applicable return shipping fees. We completely understand how disappointing this situation has been for you, and we truly regret any confusion or inconvenience caused. It’s never our intention to make the process difficult or to leave our customers feeling dissatisfied. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, and we are committed to continuously improving how we communicate and serve all our customers, whether they shop directly with us or through a third party. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are sorry we did not meet your expectations. If you would like, you are welcome to reach out to our Customer Solutions team directly at [email protected], and we would be happy to review your situation in more detail. Thank you again for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns. Sincerely,

Hello Don, Thank you for reaching out and for bringing this matter to our attention. I’m truly sorry to hear about your recent experience and the inconvenience it caused. After reviewing your order and the timeline of events, we understand that you were unable to see the discounted price right away and contacted us as soon as you noticed the change. We appreciate your patience and persistence in following up. While our standard policy allows for price adjustments within one week of purchase, we recognize the circumstances and want to make this right. We will be issuing a refund for the price difference between your original purchase and the current sale price. You will receive a confirmation email shortly, and the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 Business days. We value your business and appreciate your understanding. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything else we can do for you. Warm regards,

Dear James, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn’t meet expectations. Our goal is always to ensure our customers receive the right items for their needs, and we regret that this wasn’t the case for you. While our return policy does include a restocking fee and return shipping in certain cases, we’re actively reviewing this process to better support our customers and improve clarity on product compatibility before purchase. We value your feedback and take it seriously, as it helps us improve. We appreciate your past business and hope to have an opportunity to serve you better in the future.
