Lesson learned, Painting out of the spray can and it looks it too. looks like someone threw sand at it. i don't recommend using the spray can.

We’re sorry to hear the spray finish didn’t turn out as expected. We understand how frustrating that can be, and we appreciate you sharing your experience and feedback with us.
Haven’t received order yet. Took a week before ordered shipped.

We’re very sorry for the delay and understand how frustrating it is to still be waiting for your order. Please email us at [email protected] with the subject line REVIEW so we can look into the shipment and assist you directly.
Ordering, I’m directed to a coupon and go through all the directions for $10 off, I get to check out and it says I can’t use it on my order, whatever. I get the items fairly fast and in the box with the application wand the plastic tubing is broken in pieces probably from the cold weather. I have some more flexible tubing around and it might work okay but I might need to go out and find some other stiffer stuff. Not impressed!

I’m really sorry for the frustration — especially with the coupon not applying and then receiving the wand with broken tubing. That’s definitely not the experience we want for you. We’ve reached out to you personally to make this right and help with a quick solution. Thank you for letting us know.
This company has some very shady email advertising. I can’t believe there are not more negative reviews about this. The email offers something on sale, you add it to cart and it comes up at regular price, they offer you money off and it doesn’t work. I have received 3-5 emails a day in my email inbox with the same product at different prices in every email. If you do get the sales price they have a ridiculous shipping and handling to make up the difference $48.00 say for 3 smaller items. If they offer free shipping it never comes up. I contacted customer service via email about a $110 order that was supposed to be free shipping over $99, it added 28.00 shipping. Customer service said “ heavy items are excluded” I had 5 small items that could not have weighed 20lbs. Then they said call in and they could probably honor it. This week alone the contour surface grinder was $203.99 on Monday, Tuesday it said $184.99 and today it says regularly $184.99 on sale $149.00 which it had sold for all last year! I have noted my concerns and customer service says that’s the email dept 🤷♂️. I’m done after spending a lot of money there.

First experience seemed like old “bait and switch” marketing scheme. Lured me in to purchase a product commonly sold across vendors with “$15 off purchase” for signing up to receive marketing communications to my email and via text. When applied code, kept getting promo not applicable for item purchased despite it being at full price. Then called in to Customer Order line and rep said I had to set up an account for him to manually place order and apply $15 discount only then to say he couldn’t do it. Now getting numerous emails saying I have $15 waiting in cart AFTER I placed the order with no discount. 2 days later no status email on order fulfillment and delivery ETA or even confirmation despite transaction appearing on my bank statement. Not a good customer experience on several touch points :(

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration you experienced while trying to use the $15 off promotion and for any inconvenience caused during the order process. To clarify, the $15 off promotion does come with some exclusions, which include a minimum order value and certain items that are ineligible, such as those already discounted at a low price or items that ship directly from the manufacturer. We regret that this was not communicated more clearly upfront, and we understand how this could feel misleading. Regarding your concerns about order status and communication, we strive to ensure our customers are updated promptly. We’re sorry this hasn’t been your experience, we recommend checking the spam/junk folder for the emails with order updates, if nothing can be found, please contact us directly for assistance. We value your feedback and are committed to improving our processes to ensure a better experience in the future. If there’s anything further we can do to assist you, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Ordered a Yost Model 436608 97" x 4" Cutting Guide (SKU: 56598). Item was on backorder and they said I would get a notification when it shipped (not IF it shipped). A few days later I was notified that the item was cancelled and was refunded. Based on other reviews here I see I'm not the only one this has happened to, either. I gave them two stars only because I do understand "things happen". Also, like other have reported here: I am getting almost daily emails asking to review them. So...here they go!

Absolutely terrible packaging. Liquid containers of 32oz Pre paint prep were loosely thrown into a box. All three were dented and one leaked out about a third of its contents. No excuse for not being packed correctly. Charged me $20.00 to ship from Pennsylvania to Maryland. Not pleased at all. 😡
