West Islip Union Blvd store. Drive thru 9:30 10/16. ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, crousants egg, cheese, bacon. Service was very, fast too fast, sandwiches were ice cold. Must nave been made an hour earlier. Tried to report to store but they do not answer the phone. Not going there again.

Smyrna DELAWARE... Amazing service, we were greeted by a very friendly window rep. he asked us about our day while we waited. coffee and doughnuts were amazing !!!!

I’m a regular and because this is closer to me I frequent this location. My drink is never made right and my order was wrong this morning. I ordered a large hot mocha with an extra shot of espresso with oat milk. I got a large coffee with mocha and an extra shot. It was a free drink reward redemption. I asked that I get a latte as requested. I requested Sergio make it because every time I get a remake he’s the only one to make it correctly. The manager not only remade the latte herself but tried to charge me the difference for a free drink reward citing Sergio was busy even though I said I can wait since I had to pull around to the front and wait anyway. I know this because they gave me my original order as soon as I pulled around and I called and the manager told me she made it. The label was still on it and it wasn’t freshly hot. Remakes don’t get a label. Then the manager put the phone down with me still on it and offered no resolution. For first thing in the morning this location is inconsistent and rude. What a wake me up! I wish another Dunkin’ was close by!

They've gotten bad. Donuts are smaller in size and more expensive now. They also taste like plastic chemicals, not even actual pastries. Coffee is still good but it's too expensive. $3 for a medium? Are you kidding me? It's still good but it's only a matter of time they start cutting corners with it like they did with their donuts.

Look I love the vanilla swirl ice coffees but I have a caffeine allergy and I’m really tired of ordering decaf coffee and having them make it with caffeinated just because they think “ a caffeine allergy doesn’t exist “ well guess what f**kheads it does exist! And it’s really not fun to end up in the hospital because a dumb ass minimum wage r* tards thinks it doesn’t and is too lazy to just make it decaf. It’s literally EVERY TIME!!! they think I won’t notice but it’s kinda hard not to when I’m having an allergic reaction to it

My initial issue was getting charged for a cup of ice. I have been to this location for the last two years at least 3 times a week and had never paid for ice. Manager Sarah cane to the drive through window without a mask of gloves and informs me it’s.44 cents. I told her I never paid and she said her employees haven’t been going their job and its her store she runs it the way she wants since she has to pay for the cups. I gave her the change in her hand and she dropped it than accused me of not handing it to her properly and that I need to get on the ground and give her the change that was dropped. I have never in years of going to the multiple Dunkin’ Donuts had such a horrible experience. I told her to just refund me my money for the coffee and donut. She said if I didn’t get out of her store she would call the police and have me escorted. And to never return to her store again. I never cursed at her threaten or was aggressive. I DO want a full refund and she said the only way I could get it was to call customer service. Which there is no such thing. I do have a full recording from my dash cam of the conversation and I would like to know at what point I was aggressive, the only thing that was clearly visible is that she didn’t have gloves or a mask on. According to the website it’s required when handling food/beverages as well as interacting with customers, please reach out to me directly for my refund. Thank you and have a bless day!

Went to the new branch open in nottingham Alfreton Road. Ordered drinks. Coolata and frappe. Omg discusting overly sweet full of water and ice. So runny rancid. Do not waste your money, not worth it.
