Great site, cool offers I made 3 orders and got all my items fast without any problems

Their Drop Keyboard Club is a scam. They automatically renew, and even if you don't use it, they won't issue a refund.

They reached out and sent me a replacement product for getting a duplicate in the mystery box, and corrected the order

During the shipping my order has been lost and they kindly resend my product once more they have great customer service thank you and have great day Love you all

I purchased two Panda Boom mics and one was defective upon arrival. Within a week, customer service had shipped out a replacement unit no questions asked. They didn't even ask for the broken mic to be sent back.

Products are great and customer service is outstanding! Will definitely order another pair of headphones here again.

I had my keyboard for a little while and a few of my keys stopped working, I wasn’t really sure of the reason. So I contacted drop and they were quick to respond with solutions and eventually replaced my product. I’m very satisfied with Drop and I plan to buy from them again!
