What a great service they have. Both of Damian and Crystal were very helpful and cooperative with me when I had an issue with my headphones. This is my first time dealing with Drop and surely will not be the last.

I purchased a keyboard, switches, and key caps from Drop a couple months ago. I purchased the DROP + OLKB PREONIC KEYBOARD MX KIT V3. Kit was great! Unfortunately, the PCBA was defective and stopped working after 20 minutes. I joined the Drop discord and was told that this specific PCBA was faulty and a known issue. I emailed Drop support for help. They were AMAZING they troubleshooted the issue and exchanged the keyboard kit! The best part is that I sent in the keyboard with switches and caps attached. They are very thorough about not doing this in the email they sent. I was going through some life stuff and did not read all the info. Joseph from the support team was understanding and even sent me some replacements for those too! Again, I couldn’t believe it! Drop has a forever customer here. Thank you so much Drop and a special shoutout for Joseph!

I’ve spent quite a bit on keyboards and accessories this past year, but I only had to contact Drop twice in that timeframe. Neither “issue” was their fault, but they responded so quickly and took care of everything. This most recent contact was about cancelling a delayed item as it overshot the estimate by about two months (with a delivery that would come after my birthday), and they responded immediately. ON A WEEKEND! That’s amazing.

Katlyn with Drop Community Support was great at helping out! Not only was I able to get my request processed. She even took the time to double check with the warehouse team when she realized she did not have the options to help me out initially. Kudos to her for using her resources to their full advantage!

I purchased one set of keycaps from them and they were lovely. I then made the mistake of signing up for a keyboard preorder that I quickly realized I wanted to back out of. They did not make it possible to cancel the order via my profile, so I contacted customer support. They responded that I was not permitted to cancel as "things were scheduled to ship on time". Never mind that nothing has been constructed yet, nothing will be shipped for five months, and there were allegedly 90+ people who missed the window who would be interested in having this keyboard. Fair enough, I guess. They are legally allowed to force me to buy this keyboard at this point. However, the really hinky thing that made me write this review happened when they asked for Customer Support feedback. I filled out the form, checking that I was "Dissatisfied" with the response, and then very suddenly I was unable to submit my response because "the ticket was closed". I wonder if I would have received that screen if I had marked myself "Satisfied". So yeah, they get to receive my feedback here instead.
