App & site is easy to use. That is how I judge my experience.

My order was shipped to a wrong address, the support team was very helpful in resolving the matter in a timely manner.

You have kept in touch the whole time letting me where it is in shipment, etc

Just got email that my delivery is not coming when I was told when ordered. Just canceled my order.

Order was fulfilled promptly and arrived on east coast within a few days.

I recently made my third purchase in DRMTLGY, and I accidentally ordered the incorrect product. I contacted the customer service and they were kind enough to modify my order without any hassle. Thank you DRMTLGY.

Very quick responses to my reaching out and Lexi resolved the shipment delay quickly. Expected delivery is 12/27. Great customer service!!!
