Wasn't delivered. After sending an email to check, your company said it was returned to the Company

I did not receive the order. There are no emails saying that you were not going to fill the order. When I look in the SHOP order section, It says the order was cancelled. I checked my credit card and the charge has been put through back on December 17. No product and I was charged!
