I need someone to find out why my order keeps getting canceled. There's nothing wrong with my credit card. This is the third time I placed the order it goes through and then I get a refund and it canceled. I've never had this issue before?

I love the products. I dislike the packaging. I would like glass, not plastic. Also, I would like to be able to see how much product is left - I hate the mystery of not being able to see how much remains.

I was sent the wrong order. I reached out Khristine and she promptly corrected the issue. I was able to keep the incorrect items and another was placed for the correct item.

The concealer instantly settle into fine lines, contrary to what the ads said and the audience they’re trying to sell to. That was with the blending and powder setting. It didn’t even take a few hours or a whole day for that to happen… then the agent said to use less product, but their dispenser forces me to dispense a lot at a time. I decided to return both the concealer and the tinted moisturizer because the latter has one of the more hormone disrupting sunscreens. The agent was kind enough to issue a refund and said I could keep it (so I am giving 4 stars) but it took a few too many back and forths to get this done.
