This app is awesome. No worry about android users iPhone users both friendly. Highly recommended to all professionals. For arena style it’s awesome too! Affordable and trustworthy tool.

I love that it is convenient and most importantly easy for my patients. No one has complained about not being able to log on or having technical difficulties.

I really like how easy it is for me and my patients to use. I have the website saved in my favorites and simply pull it up. I send my patients a link and they can use the same link every time. This is the most user-friendly telehealth link I have used. The only downside is if the patient is using their phone and they get a call, the session is interrupted.

It is reliable it is fast and it does what is written on the tin.

I find Doxy easy to use and most of my clients are able to navigate getting online.

Professional, reliable, clean and clear!!!

I love that it's so simple for my clients & requires no registration/sign up for them. The only complaint I have is that from time to time I have connectivity or audio issues. I've learned the connectivity is related to using the Chrome browser as Doxy doesn't play nicely with other browsers but I'm all in for Chrome/Google as of last 2 months (Microsoft has gotten way too big for their britches in my opinion) so I just let my clients know.

Easy to use; the free version is a great offering, especially for us solo providers. Most patients can use with ease. Those over 60yo usually need help walking through the steps, but are pleased.
