Thank you for your feedback. All of our supplements are shipped from our warehouse in the USA, with our estimated delivery timeframe to Australia being 7–10 business days. We’re pleased to see that your order actually arrived in less than this estimated timeframe. As a smaller company, we don’t have the same shipping volumes or carrier leverage as some larger retailers, so we’re very pleased when an international order reaches Australia this quickly. That said, we are always looking for ways to improve our shipping options and delivery experience for our customers.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry that your order was impacted by an unexpected courier issue while in transit. Although these situations are very uncommon, we understand how disappointing they are when you're waiting for your order. As soon as we were advised of the issue by the courier, we took immediate action and processed refunds for all affected customers without delay. We believe that when something outside a customer's control occurs, it's important that we resolve it as quickly and fairly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with the smooth experience we're known for in the future.

Thank you for your feedback, Francis. We're sorry your experience did not meet expectations. Your order was dispatched in line with our stated processing timeframe and was delivered, although it arrived a few business days later than the courier's estimated delivery date. The email you received was from our address verification system, which helps customers confirm their shipping details before dispatch. We also confirmed with you directly that this communication was legitimate. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry for any frustration caused. Thank you for taking the time to update your review, Francis. We understand why this experience was frustrating, and we're genuinely sorry it didn't meet your expectations. To clarify, your order was processed and dispatched within our advertised processing timeframe. Once it was collected by the courier, delivery progress, tracking updates, and transit times were managed by the courier and were unfortunately outside of our direct control. We acknowledge that the extended delivery time affected your overall experience, and we're sorry it did not meet the standard you expected.
