the customer service is AMAZING. so not only are you getting insanely great “inspired by” scents for a fraction of the cost, you are also not regarded as a number or a hassle when it comes to talking to ppl that work there. they have went above and beyond to the point that i feel spoiled as a customer. i WISH other companies took pride in CS as Dossier does. Customer Service deserves a raise! thank you all so much for the compassion and patience that every person i’ve talked to from there has given me. honestly, hands down, 1 of the most top tier companies i’ve encountered.

What made my experience great was the fact that the scents were not just, great imitations of, "Creed," or "LV," but an incredible, high-end scent all on its own. I will continue to purchase Dossier products for myself and for special friends.

'Dossier' should be in the dictionary under 'thief.' I placed an order last week and have not received any communication in regard to it. No official confirmation, invoice, receipt, status, tracking, etc. No emails period. My order doesn't pull up on their site. Nothing. The sole reason I have my order number is because I had the foresight to take a screenshot of the confirmation screen after I placed the order. I've been going back & forth with their email 'support' for days and they have escalated the issue twice but I haven't heard back. I have shown them the screenshot of the order confirmation, provided them with copious amounts of proof, including the cleared charge on my bank account, and they have done nothing. They 'can't locate the order.' Well you took my money, so there literally HAS to be a record of it. What do you mean you can't locate it? You were certainly able to locate MY money and take it from MY bank account. Wow.
