I had a package stolen from my apartment building and Dossier was so helpful in getting a replacement sent. The customer service agent Tudor was kind and responsive.

This was my third order and a second time for my favorite scent! I love these products! But this time, my order was showing delivered - left at the front porch. I live in a secure apartment building, so there is only one entrance, needless to say there was no package. I was so frustrated because I had no way of tracking this package I never received. I wrote Dossier and received a reply within minutes. They were super helpful and gave me some ideas on how to get my package or ultimately how they could make it right. I ended up finding the package a couple days later - it went to the management office. I couldn’t be happier with their products and customer service! I will recommend them to everyone I know!

I placed an order from Dossier and right away realises that I forgot to add an item to my order. I contacted them by email and they replied within the hour. They canceled my order, which is what I had requested. This is such great customer service. In some online stores, once you order, thats it, you can't cancel or change your order. I was so pleased with their quick and friendly reply.

First of all, this brand is fantastic. I recommend this to everyone! They have clean, affordable products, and none of the perfumes gave me an allergic reaction, unlike other brands. I have the subscription because it's so convenient that I couldn't miss it. I bought the home scents for the first time, and I can't wait to try them! Valentin from CS is a sweetheart and helped me so much with grace and patience; I couldn't have asked for anything more or different! The best of the best!
