I made a mistake with my order (accidentally ordered two of one fragrance) and they very quickly responded and swapped it out for a different one for me. Excellent customer service.

I have been a customer of dossier since 2020, placing multiple orders since that time without any shipping issues, until my last order was placed in November 2025. It was quite a large order, and essentially got lost in the delivery process somehow. The tracking information never updated as being received by the sender, and I never received my package. I reached out to dossier about the situation and they replied almost immediately (literally 4 minutes later) saying they would check into the situation. I was in contact with them several times via email over the next couple weeks while following their protocol for missing packages. Every associate that replied to me during this time was kind, patient, empathetic, and understanding. They were ultimately able to ship me out another identical package to replace my initial order, even going above and beyond to honor a free item promo I'd gotten with my initial order, AND also located supplies of the items I initially ordered but were then showing as out of stock. I cannot praise dossier's customer service highly enough. I am so pleased with their resolution of this issue, and infinitely grateful they took the time and cared enough to do so!

The customer service is best for Dossier. I brought up my concerns with them and they responded quickly and gave me options to resolve the issue. I would love to purchase from them again in the future. I had a great time chatting with customer service. They are amazing and make you to feel listened and provide you with suitable options.

They solved my issue of my package being stolen they were able to offer me two options and as well switch the address since it was first stolen from that original address. The customer service associates I communicated with were very helpful, kind, and understanding of my situation and just because of that I will continue shopping here but with a different address so I don’t get my belongings stolen again😭

Ashtonishingly Amazing scents! Definitely buying now on from Dossier. Peta free, animal cruelty free, love it that they aren't endangering innocent lives. Plus, I couldnt tell the difference from the originals, to these dupes. Thanks again Dossier!

I ordered a cologne and shortly after was hospitalized and totally forgot to ask a loved one to check if it arrived in the mail as I was pretty sedated for most of the time. When I was able to return home and things were a bit more normal I realize that the package never arrived and reached out to the customer service support team after our conversation back-and-forth. I explained the situation and it was outside of their policy of reaching out within 10 days. I explain the fact that I understood that this was past the policy point and asked if there was anything they could do it’s the Christmas season and due to extreme medical debt. I knew that I wouldn’t be able to provide or gift this year like I do and I love every year. I spoke to a customer service agent and member of the team named Tudor and he was willing to really hear me out and made a one time exception to resend the cologne that would arrive before Christmas so I’d be able to gift the cologne at Christmas time. I told him it felt like a real life Christmas miracle and honestly, I started sobbing when I got the message. For me, I always wanna work with a company that prioritizes people over profit and it shows that this company really does that I will forever be a customer just because of this one experience, even though they already won me over by their amazing quality and product. I highly encourage you to work with them and support a business that really goes above and beyond for their customers!
