I had an issue with my delivery and they came through for me and I appreciate how quick my new delivery was and Im a new customer and the scent of the perfume I chose is AMAZING.

Customer service was prompt and professional. They honoured their return/refund policy, even though it took several back and forth emails and some follow up on my part to make sure I got my full refund. This was because my order included a replacement that didn't show up on the original invoice.

Great idea of making these perfumes most are amazing scents, returns are hell you can only return by email then you won't get a fast reply after few days to a week, you finally get a shipping label.

I had my order misplaced by USPS delivery, but I reached out to Dossier, and they sent me the replacements. Customer service was responsive and made sure my concerns were addressed properly. They were very accommodating, and I generally enjoy their products.

Great customer service! There was a problem with my delivery as it wasn’t dropped off initially. Andrew at Dossier was very helpful in rectifying the situation and he made sure my shipment was dropped off the second time around. Great customer service, and of course, I love Dossier perfumes!
