Customer service replies don't make sense. You don't have a customer friendly exchange policy.

We are surprised to hear something like this, Liz! That is definitely not the usual around here. Get back to us anytime for more info or assistance.
Customer service is amazing! I had a question about my order and Alex responded by email within minutes. She was so friendly and helpful…felt like a friend was helping me! My order arrived very quickly and I am very happy with my new scent! I’m a big Baccarat Rouge girl and their Ambery Saffron is wildly similar! 10/10 for customer service, shipping and product!
