I needed to exchange fragrances from Dossier for a different product from the brand and couldn’t be more pleased with their customer service. The exchange policy was easy to follow and I was also able to reach out to Cristian from the customer service team to ask for help changing the shipping address of the new scent! The response was so quick and Cristian was able to assist with adjusting my shipping address immediately. Now all that is left is anticipating the arrival of the wonderful fragrance that is on the way!

I ordered a number of perfumes from Dossier and this was my first time. One of my bottles came empty, as if there was a leak or crack in the bottle. (Totally understand that shipping/handling isn’t always fragile) and I emailed Dossier. Their prompt response and action, helped me solve my problem! Definitely ordering from them again

Dossier has the best customer service! My first order was lost in transit and didn’t arrive at the projected time frame. The customer service team quickly rectified my issue and sent me another package, and I received it within a couple days of contacting them. Two weeks later, my first package showed up and when trying to send it back, they told me to keep it as a gift. What a nice surprise! Also, the overall quality of the packaging and bottles is superb! Not to mention, the perfumes are great and long lasting. I will definitely shop with Dossier again and again!

I have placed a few orders with Dossier, and have been pleased each time, and never had to return a bottle. For some reason, I did not receive a full order. After three attempts (emails to the support email), spread out within a two week period, someone messaged me back. They rectified the issue, and sent the missing bottles to me asap. I will continue to be a customer of Dossier!

Excellent customer service Super fast to respond and solve problems

I was so excited to get my order and start using Dossier. Sadly my order never arrived to my home. I contacted Dossier to let them know and not only they replied to me like in an hour, they solved the issue by sending me another order with the same fragrances. Not only their fragrances are 5 starts, but so is their costumer service. Thank you so much!!!

All the perfumes I got from Dossier are worth it!! I don’t even need to know what original version there is because their version is more gentle on skin and last all day on my clothes. Plus if you run in to an issue with your order their customer service is prompt with solution. Radu fr CS solved my issue with one of the bottles promptly and that’s truly impressive!
