I have ordered from Dossier several times, and I love their perfumes! I have returned the couple i didn’t love, and it was a very easy process. Their customer service is amazing, and super fast. It’s great to see a company nowadays that treats their customers so well, and with a great product.

I ordered Ambery Saffron (MFK dupe) and was so excited for it to arrive. Upon arrival, I opened the box and it was leaking everywhere… I reached out to the chat support, and they requested photos. I sent them over, and the agent issued a replacement within minutes! Even though DHL/USPS mishandled the box, they were understanding and replaced my bottle. I am truly happy with my experience. And the scent is AMAZING…..! MY NEW FAVORITE PERFUME!!

Wow!!!! That's all I can say about this house! Some of the perfumes are better than the designer versions! You can smell like a department store cruelty free and free of harmful chemicals! I loved the packaging and the magnetic lids are amazing! I want to own all of their perfumes ❤❤❤❤❤Customer service responds quickly and are very personable 5 stars!!!!-Stella W.

It has been over 2 weeks since product “shipped” and there has been zero movement on tracking. It looks like dossier never gave the package to DHL but they’re insisting I wait 20 days before they actually do anything. I had to pay $9 for shipping and product was supposed to arrive within 4-7 days. Best part is it’s shipping from a warehouse 2 hours away! edit: Package never came and was finally refunded after asking multiple times on day 21. I ordered the product again and it arrived on time but was clearly used. :/

I bought the Floral Marshmallow scent, which was shipped out quickly and smells delicious! When I opened it, there was a problem with the seal on my perfume bottle; the portion where the glass meets the metal was leaking. I reached out to customer service and spoke with Sorin and Cristian who helped me fix the issue so quickly! I cannot recommend Dossier enough!

I have purchased several times from Dossier and the quality of their perfume is always amazing! Just recently I purchased new fragrances to test out and unfortunately they didn’t work for me. I reached out to Dossier by email and received a quick and detailed response on how to go about my return (no questions asked). The return process was easy and hassle free, I will definitely be a returning customer!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
