I have placed several Dossier orders since the fragrance line came out. Having used Santal 33 for many years, Dossier's'Woody Sandalwood' is the closest 'dupe' I can find! Upon receiving a leaky product, when reaching out to their customer service team, Lonut not only got back to me very quickly but also sent me a new fragrance right away. I appreciate the kind and helpful service from this agent and amazing company!

Dossier has the best customer service! I was so excited to get my order and start using Dossier. Unfortunately I didn't receive the package but order status shows delivered. I contacted Dossier team to let them know and not only they responded in minutes they solved the issue by sending me another order with the same fragrances. I received it within a couple days of contacting them. Value for the money buying it here. I’m sure you will not disappoint with the quality as well as customer service.

I’m very satisfied with my fragrance selection experience! Their website and customer service is the best. They have so many selections of high end perfumes and their version is honestly such good quality. I got one for myself and another for my friend. Oh and the packaging is absolutely amazing, so well-thought. I initially got the Ambery Saffron and Sandalwood as they had the best reviews, but those scents were more of a unisex and earthy scents, and I wanted more of a citrusy and floral scents. Dossier team responded so fast whether I contacted them by email of Ig direct. They’re very friendly, prompt and solved my issues very quickly. I definitely won’t have any worries next time I order fragrances from them. Thank you Dossier Team and Cristian :)
