I've ordered twice from this company. My daughter loves the Ambery Vanilla scent, and I love the fact that it has clean ingredients at a fraction of the normal cost. With my last order, the checkout page automatically filled in the billing address for the shipping address even though I had filled out a different shipping address prior to clicking through to the billing portion. I emailed customer service immediately after the order went through. They changed it promptly and in the most friendly and professional way. I expect I'll be ordering in the future!

Excellent customer service! They were so kind to me when I had a mixup with my last order and allowed me to keep an additional perfume that was sent to me accidentally. And it’s my favorite one so thank you, Dossier!!

Customer service is wonderful!!! Sent 2 emails regarding issues with Selena rate orders, and got prompt responses from both. One bottle was damaged, and they sent a replacement, no problems. The other issue was that I was sent the wrong scent. Again, they corrected the order and sent the correct bottle, with no problems! Thank you!

I could not be happier with my purchase! I was hesitant at first to bu a perfume online that I hadn’t tried before but I was happily surprised by both the quality of the perfume but also the amazing customer service since I got my package right the next day after purchasing. Totally recommend this brand and can’t wait to try more scents!

My package said delivered however I did not receive the package even though it said delivered. It was no where to be found. I waited and still no package arrived for me from Dossier. I reached out to the team and they quickly escalated the issue. They showed sympathy on my lost package but they quickly resolved my problem. Now my new package is on the way and I’m so excited to receive it. Thank you dossier for your excellent customer service !

Customer service is great! I had a missing package that USPS did not deliver, and Dossier was so prompt to resolve the issue. Great way to run a business! Will definitely buy again just because my experience with customer service was so pleasant.

I had a package get lost in the mail and contacted their customer service. Not only did they email me back within 15 minutes, they immediately sent a replacement. When the replacement arrived I fell in love with the Ambery Cherry scent and they made the return process easy for the ones I sent back

I had an issue with not receiving an email to write a review for the company. I contacted customer service and Bogdan was extremely helpful. All of his responses were very quick and courteous and he made sure the issue got solved. I absolutely love the dossier fragrances I purchased. They smell exactly like the originals. I’m very excited to buy more, I have my eye on a few!
