Terrible experience. Placed an order 8/25 and close to a month later now it has still not arrived. Had to reach out after no shipping updates for weeks only to be told it was a small warehouse issue. Few more weeks go by and still nothing, threatened to want a refund and magically they got a shipping update out two days later. Except tracking the shipping has also been a nightmare and apparently it ended up a random post office for pick up? Which is insane after their app tried to say it had been successfully delivered to my home. I just wanted some knock off perfumes. Don’t waste your time or money.

I had a question over the weekend and sent a comment. I didn't expect a response over the weekend but I got one and the help I needed. Great customer service and a really nice product.

I finally received my order from over 2 weeks ago. Not sure why they have such long shipping issues. Not receiving a confirmation email after ordering or a “product has shipped” email is inconvenient as well. I wish they could find a more up to date and faster shipping option. As far as the perfume. So far it smells great! I’m hoping it is long lasting, which it seems as if it will be. Customer service is amazing. Very helpful and they respond fairly quickly. Please have faster shipping!! 🙏🏼

I love all dossier scents! And I’ve always had good experiences, I lost a package and they helped through the whole process of finding out where my package was and resending me a new package when we found out it was lost. I love dossier!

I could cry. Everyone was so extremely kind in helping me fix a shipping error. They all responded to my emails quickly and were so very professional. I was blown away. I haven’t even received the products yet but I know I will be a lifer because of how great I was treated! So so awesome!

Excellent service - love being able to try perfumes without breaking the bank. Good quality, good scents, and I appreciate that any I don't click with are donated - win-win. Had a technical issue with my return, so reached out to customer service - they had a quick response, immediately solved my issue, and took my feedback into account for moving forward. Looking forward to ordering more perfumes from this service, and hopefully finding that elusive "signature scent!"

I recently became addicted to tiktok and kept hearing testimonials about Dossier fragrances. I made a large purchase and did not like some of my choices and they made the return process easy. I would definitely recommend them to others and I look forward to trying more fragrances in the future!
