Great experience! I purchase from Dossier a lot, this particular time I was ordering to fast and clicked the wrong address. But Robert who works at Dossier contacted me to let me know he made the changes to the shipping as I requested and he made it happen! I’m happy and can’t wait to receive my cologne’s! There are many reasons “knock off” scents are less than the originals. Of all the wanna-bee’s I’ve tried, smelled, used, worn, seen, know of…. DOSSIER is the best one.

I requested to switch one of the fragrances I ordered due to confusion and they switched it for me rarely quickly (within the hour of me requesting). They asked me to pay $2.78 for the price differences in fragrances. When they realized it was because I had a coupon they sent me a refund. They were nice beginning to end and no part of the entire process was difficult or stressful.

I bought 3 perfumes from Dossier. 2 of the bottles were great. 1 not so much. The scent only lasted about 2 seconds and would dissipate, but it smelt really good. So, I decided to exchange it for another bottle. The exchange had a some hiccups where they wanted to charge me another $10. However, their customer service team were really fast and helpful in correcting the problem. I will definitely be buying from them again.

I had an issue with redeeming my reward points upon checkout and their customer service team jumped in an helped me out. This is a prime example of why I continue to purchase my scents with Dossier.
