One of my shipments arrived leaking. I reached out to customer service and they responded instantly. They offered me a replacement or refund no questions asked. I loved the fragrance and was disappointed that it came damaged. However, their customer service was so great, it turned the situation around!

Amazing products! I bought 3 perfumes and out of the 3, there was one I didn’t really like at first so I requested a return but ended up liking the smell the more I tried it so I contacted customer service hoping I could cancel the request and I was able to do so, thank you so much!

The Dossier Company has great customer service. I emailed them about an order I couldn’t track and someone by the name of Christian was very kind and helpful. He reassured me about my package and was very quick to answer any of my other questions. I have never received assistance as good as them anywhere else.

Amazing customer service! Messed up ordering on one of my items and the customer service team promptly changed it after I sent them an email and were super helpful. This is why I always order from dossier.

Unfortunately I had misplaced shipment from Dossier, but after I contacted customer support, they were incredibly quick in reaching out to me and offered to give a full refund or replace the order. The customer service staff was understanding and helpful, and the products are amazing. 5/5 definitely recommend.

I just recieved my order and I'm wildly impressed!!! Everything was packaged very well and the scents were spot on dupes!!! During my ordering process I realized I selected and ordered an incorrect item.. I sent an email to see if it could be swapped for the correct one.. my email was responded to almost immediately and my order was updated... great customer service!! Great service and a great product.

This is my second order they dosier first one went by very smoothly and fragrances were beautiful. One of the fragrances i purchased was not of my preference and the return/exchange process is easy and straight forwards. I had a question on my second order and I emailed the team received a reply in less than 2 hours. Overall really happy with customer service and will continue to get fragrances from them in the future. The smells are beautiful without emptying out the bank! Would recommend to everyone!
