Bad experience! I previously gave a 5 star review but was forced to get a refund by them because they couldn’t fulfill my order. I had to contact them twice for a status on my order and they asked 5 times to refund me, I finally gave in but absolutely sad because I was looking forward to receiving them

I received my order on the 27th of May and upon opening the box I could sense a strong fragrance coming out. I realized that two of the perfumes had leaked in their boxes. I reached out to Customer Support as soon as I noticed the issue and they were very fast when responding and assisting me with the issue. I hate wasting product and so I didn’t want to file a return for the two defective bottles. I suggested that I could make them work by purchasing my own perfume bottles and decanting the Dossier perfumes in order to be able to use them further and they offered to give me a discount on my order which was refunded right away. I am beyond pleased with the timely manner in which this issue was solved and by the professionalism of the customer service representative. As far as the scents go, they are divine at first sniff and cannot wait to test them!

I received 3 products. They were amazing as expected. My sister and super holly recommended them to me. I contacted customer service with an issue I had with delivery and they were promptly to resolve the issue. It’s such a great gift to anyone. I will definitely be buying more in the future.

I have 8 bottles of Dossier perfume and am purchasing my 9th. I love all the scents I’ve received. Customer Service is top notch! I’m always happy each time I have to reach out, with how they’ve responded to any issues or questions I’ve had. Highly recommend

I am definitely a loyal customer to the brand, and have ordered countless scents from them. For my family, friends, SO, and myself. I sent two scents back for exchange weeks ago and they’ve been held up with USPS. I contacted support, and less than a day later I was contacted. The rep investigated and went ahead and sent out my exchange. Now, I wish they would’ve caught it without me telling them, but I am glad about the speed once I brought it up.

I’ve purchased products for myself and as gifts, and also made a return with Dossier. They’re very prompt to reply when I’ve emailed their customer service email. Shipping is fast and the packaging is really cute. I’ll definitely continue to purchase from them! Awesome fragrances and service.

I absolutely love the fragrance I ordered. Gourmand white flowers. But most importantly is how Dossier handled my order. I was given the wrong product but once they became aware, they quickly corrected the issue. Great work Guys. Appreciate it.
