My friend recommended this brand to me and I ordered a few perfumes from them. The scents are amazing and the customer service is just as great! There was a leak in one of the perfumes and Samara worked with me to get the scent replaced. It was easy and very personable. Highly recommend!

I will give more stars if I could. The products are amazing, and the customer service was very efficient (thank you Andrew!). I bought ambery saff and ambery vani and returned and exchanged a few other items, and if I have any questions I can get replies almost immediately through their chat box. Their perfume last moderately long on me, like half a day or so like most perfume from other brands. I sprayed the ambery saff and the OG fragrance on test strips and they last at approximately the same rate. With the price I can comfortably spray that fragrance on myself every day.

My experience with dossier and their team has been absolutely perfect! I accidentally ordered a cologne instead of a perfume and they were so responsive with helping me getting it fixed. As of today 6/5/23 I just emailed asking for an update and they responded in TWO MINUTES! That was amazing! They are all so sweet and I can’t rave enough about them!

Fantastic customer service! When my package finally arrived the only thing I could say is wow! High quality fragrances. if you don’t know by now, you should absolutely try their fragrances. The notes are spot on. I absolutely love them all 😁

Amazing customer service! Got 3 scents but didn’t like one and wanted an exchange. The website was glitching fir exchanges so i emailed customer service and they responded and filed the exchange for me within an hour or so and let IT know the glitching! Very helpful and amazing scents!

First of all, Dossier knows how to make long lasting amazing smelling perfume. I ALWAYS get compliments on my dossier scents, even after a long day. Second, their customer service is amazing!! I was having trouble redeeming points at checkout, not only did they clear things up for me but they even gave me more points for my trouble so I could get the most money off my cart 🥹 Love love love Dossier!! 100/10 🌟🌟🌟
