I ordered 3 bottles from the company but decided to return since I am super sensitive and picky about my scents. The customer service was extremely helpful. I found the quality, packaging, and whole experience to be very well made and great quality. I wish one of then worked for me, but it was great to be able to try all of the scents and then return. I also love that the scents that are returned will be donated-- that's amazing! I would purchase trial/samples in the future if they were offered

I’ve ordered from dossier twice now. My little brother and I are fragrance SNOBS and we are in love with the line of impressions. Such a better way to live our best lives on a budget. The products are delivered in their own little boxes with the best description cards with complete notes. Truly a dream. Not only does dossier deliver on their promise to help you smell 💯 but their customer service is also excellent. My second order I accidentally had set to ship to the wrong location. I emailed and sat waiting with my hair pulled back and knuckles cracked prepared for a fight, but to my surprise- the first response from dossier was “SUCCESS” the delivery address was updated. I’m a customer for life.
