I had a question about redeeming rewards and thought I was not getting a response from customer service. I kept sending the same question for several days, each time getting more agitated at the perceived lack of response. I finally checked my spam filter and found about 8 messages--from multiple representatives over several days--all patiently explaining the answer to my question. They were all very friendly and polite messages. Anyway--the perfumes are great and customer service is excellent! Highly recommend!

I tried five perfumes, but they're all really strong and nothing like the more expensive ones they claim to replicate. They simply smell cheap and overpowering. To add to this, I had a bad experience with their customer service. I tried to make a return within the 30 day window after giving myself some time to test out the perfumes. The site prompted me to log in to request the return - I couldn't remember if I'd made an account, so I tried to reset my password and the site said I'd receive a reset email. Nothing indicated I hadn't set up an account, and there was no way at the time to request a return without logging in. I contacted Dossier's customer service team within the 30 day window when I still wasn't receiving a reset password email, but by the time they sent me a separate link to request a refund, I'd left on a business trip. They require photos of the perfumes as part of the return process (why this is I couldn't understand), which I couldn't get as I wasn't home. When I got home and tried to use the separate link they'd sent to request a return, it told me I'm past the return window and they refused to make an exception in this instance, despite the technical issues. I'm now left with five unusable, bad smelling perfumes thanks to a hard-to-navigate returns process and a faulty website. Wouldn't recommend.

An extra bottle of perfume made it on my initial order. I must have fatfingered it, anywho I sent an email to customer service and they had the issue fixed within minutes!

When i thought i had a mishap with my delivery i reached out to the customer support on their website. SoOOOO easy to navigate, fast response time, and so kind and generous!! my package was found but the team was so gracious in making sure i had a great experience regardless!

Dossier has high quality scents and fantastic customer service. I'll be a customer for life!
