I’m glad I chose Dossier as a gift idea for a client event I was attending. I bought 6 bottles of all the very popular scents. Although a mishap occurred (not Dossier’s fault), the brand was able to resolve the issue quickly and professionally. It was a seamless experience on the customer’s end. I will think of Dossier the next time I need a gift or a scent for myself!

On the 26th of August 2025 I made a few purchases on the company’s 6th anniversary sale. I was so excited to receive my new fragrances. However, my excitement was shot lived, because my package was delivered to the wrong zip code. I was feeling down, but decided to message the company using WhatsApp and was immediately responded to. I love this company and their efficiency in ensuring that there customers are satisfied. Thank you to the team 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I reached out for a special request for my mother in laws birthday and dossier took care of it! They were such a big help and so easy to work with!

I was a bit too excited to submit my order for my perfume that I accidentally entered my previous address and not my new one for shipping. I emailed the help@dossier email and they fixed it so quickly! I was anticipating such a long wait for the fix and I was so grateful they did it with in an hour! Great customer service hands down!

I love Dossier for many reasons but firstly, because they sell quality products for a reasonable price. Their perfume always smells exactly like the original but is like 3/4 less expensive. They also communicate quickly with any issue. Their packaging is top notch! Nice sturdy boxes with thick bottles that have great sprayers. They are miles above the competition and I hope they advertise more and sell millions of bottles! My latest purchase was “ It Factor” one of their originals and I LOVE it!! They also surprisingly sent me an Ambery Peach bottle as the winner of a contest . I love both fragrances and can’t wait to buy my next one! Many many thanks to Dossier!
