No smoke and mirrors here, Vladimir! All the love you see is from real noses sharing their own experiences. If your experience wasn’t that great, send us an email and we’ll see what we can do to turn it around!
When one of the perfume bottles arrived empty due to a loose lid, I emailed Dossier to let them know what had happened and I got a response pretty quickly. They provided me with great support on getting a replacement and I received a tracking number on the same day that I emailed them about the issue. I really appreciated the polite email responses that I received even though I accidentally emailed them twice about it without realising it and acknowledging that it wasn't good enough and that they will take this issue on board for future orders.

We’re really happy we could turn that around so fast for you! And honestly, double emails just mean double determination, no worries at all, Jen. We’re just glad everything’s back on track and you’ve got your replacement in hand.

They accidentally sent me the wrong thing - contacted through WhatsApp, shared pictures and order info, and started shipping corrected product within a day or two. Very seamless.

When I clicked autofill it inserted the old shipping address, I panicked and emailed them. They responded sooo quickly and made the changes. I was relieved. This is amazing!

Thank you for your trust, Hadeil! Knowing you feel taken care of and can count on us for both the scents and the service is exactly what we hope for. Big thanks right back to you!
Everything Dossier does—from creating incredible scents that are somehow better than the designer versions and offered in a user friendly app for mind blowingly reasonable prices to handling special requests via email in a timely and courteous manner—has been exquisite. I have ordered many dozens of bottles, and I can usually take advantage of my dossier+ benefits and other discounts and get them for around $15-30 each. The quality of the perfumes is what keeps me coming back, but Dossier makes it easy with these kinds of prices. Highly recommend on all levels.

Wow, Kari, your review has us blushing! Dozens of bottles and still not tired of us? That’s commitment. And snagging them for $15–30? That’s practically perfume wizardry. Thanks for keeping us on your shelf (and in your cart).
