The customer service was awesome! I entered the wrong address when ordering and after I emailed them, they were very quick to fix the error and get my delivery address changed! Very prompt, very professional, great service!

I received my perfumes today and they are spot on, couldn’t believe how accurate they are! I sprayed the tiniest bit over 6 hours ago and it’s still just as strong as when I just sprayed it! I purchased Tuesday night and they were here by Thursday morning! I forgot to use my coupon and they were kind enough to refund me the difference. Customer service was super quick and helpful! 100% recommend purchasing from these guys! Thanks so much!

My package was unfortunately lost by the carrier, but Dossier’s customer service exceeded my expectations. They were extremely helpful and prompt in handling the issue, immediately granting a replacement order. Although the item I originally purchased was out of stock, the team kept me informed and followed up once it was restocked. They made sure a new order was sent out without delay. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care they showed throughout the process.
