We made an appointment and they were timely taking us in. The associate was very helpful and answered all our questions plus more.

Its started out not good. Had to talk to 3 people to get it right was not happy. After a week everything came together

Payment hasn't been posted in over two weeks, making it look very over due. I had paid in cash so it should have posted quickly. Called to try to resolve the issue but Audrey "didn't feel comfortable" helping me because my phone number was wrong and I happen to have a high pitched voice for a Timothy. I feel she assumed my gender over the phone and am EXTREMELY displeased with the service I received. I answered all of her questions (social security number, full name, and date of birth) correctly and without hesitation, and could have answered more detailed questions about the account to verify myself given the opportunity. This isn't the first issue I've had with this credit union, they are constantly texting me telling me I owe them more money after I've already paid said amount. They also haven't been sending bill payment reminders in the mail.

Made setting up a new business account easy and would recommend them.
