When I showed up for my appointment, I was seen almost immediately. My loan specialist was clear and concise, answering all of my questions, and was extremely helpful. Usually taking out a loan can be very stressful, but overall it was a very good experience. I will definitely be looking to Dort Federal for all my family’s future lending needs.

The customer service representative was very nice. She was helpful with loan information that I may need in the future. As a Bank Manager myself I would have been very proud if she was a part of my staff.
