My back and side is still hurting.

We're sorry to hear of any discomfort you're experiencing with the topper. Please note that it's not unusual for it take up to 30 days to adapt to sleeping on a new surface. The topper often feels firmer at first, but if you still have any concerns please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Care team.
Thought it would be thicker, but, otherwise very happy with it.

Unfortunately, I have nephrology tubes that are tapped into my kidneys . This cover allows me to sleep in comfort !
