I am very thin from chemo and my shoulders, hips and other joints were hurting on the mattress and the dormeo has alleviated those pains.

I really like the topper, this is my third in as many years.They just don’t last long enough. The pillow, gave me a headache. I gave it away, sorry!

Not very good for heavy people. It just aint that comfortable for me. I'm gonna try it out for a little while longer.

For heavier weight, we would recommend using a supportive base underneath the topper to maximize its effectiveness and comfort. Although I was impressed by your warranty and suggested pad quality I was hoping for a softer more comfortable experience.

We're sorry to hear you're not satisfied with the comfort of your topper. Please note that it's not unusual for it take up to 30 days to adapt to sleeping on a new surface. The topper often feels firmer at first, but if you still have any concerns please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Care team.
We purchased mattress topper for our Daughter and son in law, they love it. Great product and customer service. Very well made, love the straps to keep it from moving
