Donorbox is taking fraudulent donations. I contributed through Donorbox to what I thought was Karen Animal Rescue in North Carolina - instead my donation was routed to @SsekyanziVicent in Uganda. This user has a number of "charitable channels" including fake hospitals, orphanages, etc. Was Donor box duped as well?

Donorbox simply works! We've been using it at our church for 6-7 years and the support is some of the best we have ever experienced.

I needed help navigating a challenge on the software and they replied to my email within the hour. And were able to complete the work around I needed.

Bonjour / bonsoir. Merci Truspillot, merci Donorbox, merci à tous !

I received a very quick and adequate response to my question.

I contacted you for a simple update of my credit card info which I had to replace, and it went well. However, I also asked for an overall switch in communications from the SPCA from English to French. Your initial answer was in French, but here you're back to English. Not so great, and a new bulletin from the SPCA was also in English, but I don't hold you responsible for that part. Money matters were handled correctly and not being fanatical about the language, the issue here is small potatoes and no big deal. Cheers!
