I am a professional guide and have used Dogtra for the last 8 years and think they are great products

We like our dogtra collar and needed batteries. I wish the site would have a search function - I had to scroll thru all the parts to find the one I needed. It would have been much faster if I could have put in battery for 220npc instead of scrolling they all of them until I found what I needed. Once I found correct parts it was fast.

Got the right battery the first time. Fast delivery too.

Needed new batteries for E collar and remote, as well as a new belt clip. Dogtra had everything in stock and got them to me quickly. The only room I can recommend for them to improve is sending out a confirmation that it has shipped so the customer can at least watch for it to be delivered.

I called and was on hold just a couple of minutes. The CSR was very knowledgable and helpful.

Hard to find correct replacement batteries for 1900NCP.

Great service by Dogtra. Paid to ship USPS priority. The receipt I received stated the tracking number was provided. There wasn't any tracking number provided. My only complaint. Thanks.

Very well made products. I wish Dogtra made cars.
