I had ordered a replacement battery and got mixed up on what was a transmitter or a receiver and subsequently got the wrong one, my bad! A quick call to support with Dez got everything sorted out. Great customer service with a very helpful individual, thanks so much!

I had a great experience with Dogtra’s repair service. They repaired my e-collar and were understanding, flexible with the quote, and easy to deal with throughout the process. I really appreciated their willingness to work with me. Highly recommend!

I reached out with a problem I had with a broken part & got a prompt response the next morning from Dez saying it would be replaced under warranty... and a little advice how to avoid further problems. Very satisfied.
