Absolutely awful. I’d give no stars if I could. Stay well away. Misleading products, cheap & nasty. Also based in china - this is not made clear at all. No no no . Don’t waste your time trying to contact them as they do not respond

NOT DESIGNED FOR AN OLDER DOG OWNER I CANNOT OPEN . HAD A YOUNGER person to open it was dificult but opened ..so I do not like your crazy dessign I m sending all back(3)

I ordered the nail trimmer for Dogs on April 4th 2026. Today is June 5th 2026, and they are still not here. The unbelievably long tracking list is telling me the trimmers have been in my city waiting to be delivered for some weeks. I believe this is all a scam, and I want my $29.94 back. I am trying to find someone I can email to complain. The email given does not work.

I made an order in May 6. The order was supposed to arrive on May 28. It was marked as delivered…never got it. I contacted the company and they first told me to double check as if I am not aware what is at my door. Then they tried to offer me 25% refund, then a 50% refund claiming that is what it will cost to return the product. I never asked to return it…I don’t have product to return. They are a scam and do NOT care about the customer.

I ordered pet hair trimmers and a natural dental ball chew. Never received any of it and the company says they won't refund my money because the products were delivered somewhere in my city. Don't order from this company very unprofessional. Buyer Beware!!

If I could give no stars I would! I ordered 6 dog dental treats on 5/3/26 for the past week the status has been “out for delivery” and today the status changed to “delivered” yet it’s not here! It’s almost June and it should not take almost a month for dog treats. Do not order from this horrible company!

I wish I read all the reviews before I purchased from this company never again! I ordered 4/2/26 and still have not got my order I have emailed them multiple times but just keep getting the run around. I wish I could leave 0 stars!!

I ordered and item for my dogs on 4/9. it is now 5/6 and their site says 10 days delivery. I reached out and get the same answer "it is in transit" The last response said if I don't get by 5/11, they can reship or we can do refund. why would I re-order another one to not get?????. I would not order from them due to the lack of response and you may never get your order.
