Docos designs made-to-order lighting with a natural, sculptural feel: hand-woven rattan and abaca pendants, glass disc chandeliers, travertine and stone ceiling lights, ceramic statement pieces and warm wood fixtures for kitchens, dining rooms, bedrooms and entryways. Most Docos fixtures are made to order. Each light is produced and quality-checked at our 12,000 m² (about 129,000 sq ft) facility in Guangdong, China, working with specialist workshops for glass, stone, fiber and metal, and then shipped to you. Because pieces are built for each order, delivery takes longer than for warehouse stock; the product page and your order emails show what to expect. Some items are stocked in the US for faster delivery, and when an item is in US stock, the product page says so.Our customers are homeowners, interior designers and hospitality projects, so many designs can be made in custom sizes and finishes. Every listing gives full dimensions, materials and bulb details, and our team can help with sizing and installation questions before you order.Checkout is handled securely through Shopify. You have 30 days to return an item, with no restocking fee, and our fixtures carry a 1-year warranty. Our support team replies within 1 business day at [email protected] or +1 800-716-3167.We read every review, good or bad, and reply to them. If something is not right with your order, contact us and we will work with you on a fix.

We ordered a beautiful clay pot for my daughter’s ninth anniversary. While it took some time to be delivered the communication as to its status was excellent and my daughter and her husband are thrilled with their gift.

HORRIBLE. they lie about shipping. Shipping itself takes a very long time can take 2 months and you have to wait another month AT LEAST for a delivery if not more. Not worth it. It’s a terrible company. I will never make the mistake of ordering from them again. Items come from China and I didn’t even know that until I placed an order. Do not order from them.

Hi Mary, We’re very sorry for the frustration this shipping experience has caused. We have replied to you by email with the latest tracking information and detailed shipping progress for both fixtures in your order. We would also like to clarify that our factory is located in Asia, and our standard shipping method typically takes approximately 4–6 weeks. This includes international transportation and the customs clearance process before the package is handed over to FedEx for final delivery. Both of your fixtures are currently in transit, and our team will continue monitoring the shipments until they are successfully delivered. We sincerely apologize that the delivery timeline did not meet your expectations and for the inconvenience this has caused. — Hazelle Docos Customer Service Team
Seems like it was a legit business in the past and is now run as a fully AI-managed dropshipping scam. Delivery got delayed by >1mo, i was never able to get through to a human, the AI email could never get me an updated delivery date and kept telling me no refunds. Don't be fooled, just buy something on Amazon

Hi, We’re very sorry for the delay and completely understand your frustration. We’d like to clarify that your package is currently delayed because the container carrying your shipment is undergoing a customs inspection at the local port. We have been actively following up with the carrier and logistics team regarding the situation. As soon as we receive any new information or an update that the shipment has been released, we will notify you immediately. We also want to assure you that our customer service team is made up of real people, not an AI-only support system. We understand how frustrating it can be when you’re waiting for an order, and we are genuinely doing our best to follow up and assist you. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Best regards, Diana Customer Service Team
I am still waiting on the arrival of my product, but so far my experience has been excellent. I messaged customer service asking for verification on the size of the canopy of a pendant light. The response was a size that was too small for my space. I by the off chance asked if they had an option that would fit my space, and they went above and beyond reaching out to their warehouse to see if they did, then confirmed they could put that one on my fixture. They also did this all at no additional cost. One of the things that made that communication so smooth and easy was how quickly and frequently they responded and provided updates.

We are happy with our two lamps. They are not quite the quality level I would expect as they were quite expensive but customer service was very responsive, making sure they did what they could to make me happy with my purchase. Ultimately, the lamps are a lovely addition to our home and Docos’ customer service went a long way towards making my experience fair.

I’ve purchased from Docos Lighting twice and on each occasion I wanted additional information before placing my order. The team of representatives is outstanding in their product knowledge and in their quick response time. They made it extremely easy to make my selections. And, of course, there are the actual lamps themselves - all beautifully designed and crafted with excellence! I highly recommend them!
