I had ordered a new brine tank since mine was leaking. You had gone to a smaller tank since mine was originally installed. The internal elements wouldnt fit in the new tank. I was offered a very fair and logical solution to remedy it. Im a very happy customer. Thank you.

The box that was sent with my filter was dented and some of the filters were damaged. Also the quality of the filters in the box are low. I would like to cancel my subscription, I will just order when I need it. Thank you.

You have what I need at a reasonable price. You keep my previous orders so I don't have to search again. I just pick buy again I'm done. I wish you would default to user ID and password instead of sending a text to phone.
