Got this installed through an agent of ecowater sitting at Costco. After 3 years, there is failure of tank and to my surprise, Ecowater is putting on to Angelwater and Angel Water saying the tank was supplied by Ecowater so Ecowater will provide replacement. I will also write to Costco to not have Angelwater/ Ecowater guys in their store, searching for customers without any commitment to service and then diluting Costco brand. Very poor customer service. Disappointed.

Après avoir comparé plusieurs marques, nous avons choisi de faire installer un Refiner Power d’Ecowater. C’est la technologie résine +charbon actif dans le procédé de filtration qui nous orienté vers cet appareil. Une eau douce et filtrée à la sortie du robinet est bien agréable! Plus d’odeur de chlore et pas de goût particulier dans l’eau. Un appareil efficace !

Harcèlement au telephone pour obtenir un rendez-vous, plusieurs fois par semaine

could be a good company to work for, but the sales leads are terrible. You will go see homeowners who were convinced in Costco to let the company come out and do a free water test on their refrigerator water. Complete waste of sales rep's time, gas and effort. These people shop at Costco and are expecting something cheap and very inexpensive. There is no base pay with this company and they expect you to be available for leads 7 days a week. Too bad they have such a terrible business model. Brandie is by far the most arrogant, obnoxious person I have ever spoken with
