I was sent filters that i did not order. I called customer service and did not get any help. Horrible company with poor customer service.

The filters that were ordered did not fit, not even close as a guaranteed fit. Contacted customer service and the fee to return. The filters are not worth it. Very poor customer service will not order from again.

Tried to order a filter, and they were more expensive than buying direct on the manufacturer's website! I guess it's a discount if you consider paying MORE to be a discount!

They always have the best prices on the specific filters I need! They beat the local supliers by two to one!
