Needed a 20x25x5 filter, searched your site, it took me to a honeywell,[FC100A1037 Honeywell], the very first choice. I guess I did not read the spec's. I also ordered a 2 pack of Samsung water filters, what I got fits , but is an inch and a half longer than original, I would not call this a direct replacement.

I tracked my order today which was ordered 6 days ago. It is showing in tracking that it will be another week from today. 16 days.

Once I got in touch by phone with a human it went fine. Trying to get something done on the your website was not working.
