Expecting a faster delivery paying for urgent deliveries and it was delivered after the initial estimation . Also, I didn't have the opportunity in the site to inform the size of receptor (no field to inform) and I got the product with short receptor and less power that I needed.

You need to get your hearing aids from Direct Hearing. The follow through service is excellent and I saved $2000 by going through this company. I was worried about not being able to go into an office for the initial adjustment but Will did it remotely. It was easy, so helpful and just as good (if not better) than going through an audiology office. I can’t recommend them ( and Will) enough! I’d do 10 stars if I could!
