Never received them. Lied about international shipping to make a sale. Filed complaints with multiple agencies. Direct Hearing gives differing answers to the agencies. Out $2300. I really just want the hearing aids. The company has poor communication skills.

The process of ordering and customer service was smooth from start to finish. I am also happy with the hearing aids and at a third of the cost of hearing aids from local audiologist.

I was able to find the same hearing aids that a local audiologist wanted to sell me for $3,000 more, with a fast and easy shopping process. I interacted with the chat feature, and the person on the other end took care of me right away. It could not have been any easier.

Directhearing responds rapidly but devices delivery is not for regular people. Not a lot of instructions sometimes none in package. Not obvious on website either. People are great. Using Signia tech has its own funk.
