Richard, thank you for the amazing review.. Our online team works hard to make sure each customer is buying the product they want and expect. I'm glad we were able to correct the issue for you.
I ordered a product from DirectDeals and paid by PayPal. There was a problem with the order due to an error on my part. DirectDeals staff brought the problem to my attention and quickly refunded the payment as I requested. They were polite and responsive. This is a very ethical company.
