Keaton was helpful with me. My husband passed away and Keaton explained the process to me. He told me once they receive the paperwork they asked for, they will reach out to me and work with me on whuch way to go with the account. Thank you for be so kind and helpful in this very confusing time in my life.

Jazzlyn Bush personally made my experience great. I had an unusual and difficult problem due in part to prior mishandling by Rocket Dollar & Digital Trust. Jazzlyn graciously listened to my slightly frustrated backstory and, step by step, took real steps to help me solve my issue. If Digital Trust and Rocket Dollar had more people like her, speaking for myself, they'd still have at least one more customer, and more referrals. GREAT JOB Jazzlyn, and thank you!
