This is a scam. I don't know where all those positive reviews came from, but I think they wrote the reviews themselves. I bought Office Professional 2019 from them, and while it installed fine, it only worked for a month - it appears it was a trial copy only good for 30 days, and then most functionality in programs is limited. I tried reloading, no luck. Tried calling, but their phone #'s are not valid. Online link wouldn't work, phone to Microsoft said it was not a valid code. Tried emailing digitalkeysbox.com, never received an answer. My review will not change - it's amazing how they contacted me a few hours after the bad review posted, but it took them a few DAYS to respond to me sending them an email with my problem. I doubt they ever would have responded to my original email if I hadn't posted a bad review. In addition, their response to my review looks like a standard response that I have seen sent to others with a bad review of them. I also don't think they read my review because it was working, and I did try the phone option with Microsoft.

Milana was very patient as we worked through the issues activating the new Windows 10 Pro installation. At first, nothing worked but then we realized the activation ID was invalid and she provided a new ID. That one worked !!

Really liked the quick follow up as soon as order was placed to help me through the activation phase of the process. When Microsoft would not activate online or verify my phone DigitalKeys Box support was right there via email to provide the necessary information. Worked great. Wonderful support.

I the novice in all things that plug in made a purchase of 2 products i believed i needed, Microsoft 10 pro and office 2019 pro. Well whatever i did wrong caused the company to have send 2 different product codes for the same product only for me to still burn up the codes and not get my product. As i asked a 3rd time for another code instead of just emailing me another they realized i was having issues and offered to help. So they took it upon themselves to show me how to set up a screen sharing service. walk me thru explaining the step by step process while allowing me throughout to have hands on so i could learn. Then to top it all off if dealing with me for an hour wasn't enough they gave me sound non profit making advise on what i could and shouldn't do with my laptop. Hands down my favorite online store to date. Thank you to the young lady for all your help.
