They wanted me to use the link provided in the email to download the version of Office, which seems weird. And when I asked for a refund, they wanted me to provide a screenshot of the invalid key. Don't trust this company and don't waste your time and money with them.

MS Office software activated without issue, received excellent customer service. I won’t hesitate to do business with them in the future.

I bought Microsoft Office lifetime license. No issues for a month. After a month Microsoft told me to validate my codes and it was not working. I contacted DigitalKeyBox and got activation code in couple of hours. Hopefully it will work
