It was pretty good. I went and ordered a windows 11 pro code. The email wasn’t sent with the code tho it only had my order number and transaction ID. but I just told customer service and they just sent me the code in like 2 minutes.

Second time buying a windows key. The first time several months ago worked perfectly. This second time the key was already in use, but after asking for a screenshot verifying the situation, they sent me a new one same day which works.
