I purchased a Windows 11 Home edition Key, and thought I had brought the wrong product. Through the websites chat, I was connected to an agent named Israt, who was extremely helpful in assisting me. My windows is now activated, and I appreciate the hassle free purchase, and the after sales help. The chat kept disconnecting, but luckily it keeps the chat history.

I reach out again. Now it's: "Oh, our refund department won't be back for 2 days." Week 5+: Contact them AGAIN. This time: "Oh, there was a problem with the refund. Can you send us your IBAN, SWIFT, and full name? We'll have it sorted in 48 hours." I send everything. 48 hours pass. Then a week. Then another week. Still nothing. Here's what really bothers me: Every single time I contact them, they respond almost immediately with another excuse and another promise. It's starting to feel like I'm talking to an AI chatbot that's programmed to say whatever keeps you waiting, but never actually processes refunds. It's classic stalling tactics. They're clearly hoping people will just get tired and give up. The one thing you CAN count on? You'll never actually see your money back. Don't make my mistake. Avoid DigitalChillMart.
